National Autistic Society

As an eLearning developer, I had the opportunity to work on the "Finding Employment" module for the National Autistic Society. Taking over from a previous developer, I utilized my skills in Storyline to continue the project, becoming the sole developer responsible for developing interactive elements and ensuring high quality. Working closely with a graphic designer, I incorporated my own graphic designs using the designer's characters, creating a cohesive and visually appealing product.

Working on the "Finding Employment" module for the National Autistic Society allowed me to leverage my Storyline skills and knowledge. As the sole developer, I built upon the existing work, enhancing interactivity and user experience. This involved creating interactive scenarios, quizzes, and assessments to assist individuals with autism in navigating the employment process. Through thorough quality assurance, I ensured that the module met the organisation's standards and delivered a valuable learning experience for the intended audience.

Collaboration with the graphic designer was crucial in bringing the module to life. By closely working together, I designed and incorporated custom graphics that aligned with the National Autistic Society's branding. This collaboration resulted in a visually appealing and cohesive product that effectively conveyed the module's content and engaged learners. The combination of interactive elements and visually pleasing graphics created an immersive learning experience, empowering individuals with autism on their journey to secure meaningful employment. Working on the National Autistic Society's "Finding Employment" module allowed me to demonstrate my expertise in Storyline development while collaborating with a graphic designer to create a visually cohesive and engaging eLearning experience. This project reinforced the importance of tailoring eLearning content to the unique needs and preferences of the target audience, providing valuable support and resources for individuals with autism in their pursuit of employment.
