Guyana Port INC
I was reached out to by a client in Canada about the potential to work on thuis project for a port in Guyana, they needed to train their new staff on multiple new items as their CEO was rapidly increasing development of the bussiness
I worked with the client on the project by first developing an initial learning journey using a video to show the progress in initial stages and from there we developed how the first business development management module. All the graphics where created by me using ilustrator, vyond and after effects.
After this we created a "Client Journey Map" that explained to the client the process their ship would go through when it arrived at the port in Guyana, this would then be given to clients so that they could have a greater understanding of how the process worked and would also be given access to educational videos.
Guyana Port was extremely impressed with the modules itself and we are currently developing more to cover different areas of the business.
