CBI: Green and Sustainable Finance
For the Green and Sustainable Finance project, I worked closely with another developer in a small team. Our primary task was to reskin the content, which had been updated for 2023, giving it a fresh and modern look. As the project's branding lead, I took personal responsibility for redesigning the branding elements to create a better and more contemporary visual identity. This included designing assets that could be used consistently across all modules. Additionally, I played a crucial role in instructional design for half of the modules. This involved developing effective and engaging learning strategies, content structures, and assessments. The instructional design work I contributed received high praise from management, as it successfully met the project's objectives and delivered an exceptional learning experience.
In terms of development, both the other developer and I shared the workload. We utilised the Evolve authoring tool to bring the modules to life. This involved implementing interactive elements, multimedia components, and navigation features to enhance user engagement and facilitate effective learning. Our collaborative efforts in development ensured a seamless integration of instructional design principles and technical implementation, resulting in a successful project outcome.
Overall, my role in the Green and Sustainable Finance project encompassed brand redesign, instructional design, and collaborative development using the Evolve authoring tool. Through my contributions, I not only enhanced the visual aesthetics of the modules but also designed effective learning experiences and implemented interactive elements to deliver a successful and impactful eLearning solution.
