Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
In my role as an eLearning developer, I had the privilege of working on a distinctive project dedicated to the development of a CIMA module using Storyline 360. Collaborating closely with skilled instructional designers, our objective was to create an engaging and interactive learning experience tailored specifically to the CIMA qualification. By harnessing the capabilities of Storyline 360, we designed and implemented a range of interactive elements and tools that facilitated effective knowledge transfer and skill development throughout the CIMA course.
The CIMA qualification, awarded by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, paves the way for diverse career opportunities as a chartered management accountant. As an eLearning developer on the CIMA project, I played a key role in developing comprehensive online courses covering all four CIMA levels: Certificate, Operational, Management, and Strategic. Learners were empowered to choose their preferred study method and subjects, or alternatively, they could subscribe to gain access to the complete course. This flexible approach allowed learners to tailor their learning experience to suit their individual needs, facilitating their progress in the finance industry.
Collaborating closely with instructional designers, I combined my technological expertise and creative skills to develop interactive elements and tools that formed the backbone of a dynamic learning experience for CIMA students. Through a multidisciplinary approach, we seamlessly integrated instructional design principles with innovative technology, resulting in a truly unique and effective learning environment. Throughout the project, I adhered to industry best practices in eLearning development and actively participated in quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of content delivery and learner engagement.
