CBI: United Nations Academy

I had the opportunity to play a significant role in creating the main branding for the academy in collaboration with The United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Working closely with these esteemed organisations, I ensured that the branding reflected the values and identity of the United Nations while maintaining a cohesive visual identity for the academy. This involved designing logos, color schemes, and other visual elements that represented the academy's mission and objectives.

As one of the three developers involved in the project, I dedicated extensive hours of overtime to meet the project's demanding deadlines. Despite the challenges and time constraints, we worked diligently to develop the academy's modules. However, we faced an unexpected hurdle when there was a mid-module change of course, causing significant disruption to our progress. Nevertheless, we persevered and adapted quickly to the change, making necessary adjustments and ensuring a smooth transition to the new course structure.

Despite the challenges and tight timelines, our team successfully delivered a consistent and well-crafted module for the United Nations Academy. We meticulously adhered to the deadlines and ensured that the module aligned with the pedagogical objectives set by the academy. By working closely with the other developers, we maintained effective communication, resolved issues promptly, and achieved a cohesive and high-quality eLearning experience that met the academy's standards and objectives.
